Lapland

We kicked off our Lapland family trip in Rovaniemi, surrounded by massive amounts of snow, silent forests and wide Arctic landscapes.
After arriving in Saariselkä, we spent our days cross-country skiing, drinking lots of Jaffa, stopping to make pancakes over a fire and warming up in the sauna after spending hours in the icy air outside. Highlights included seeing Northern Lights for the first time, meeting family friends and enjoying plenty of delicious food along the way. This trip was a magical winter adventure in the far north.
